The distinctive taste of our canned albacore can be attributed to the fact that we use a different type of fish. Our albacore is sourced from young surface troll-caught fish, which have an oilier diet compared to older tuna, resulting in higher Omega 3 oil content. Additionally, our albacore is low in mercury due to its young age. It is also rich in protein and has no carbs. Our dolphin-safe product is hand-packed naturally in solid cans, with no water or oil added. The tuna makes its own juice, resulting in a exceptional flavor.
